These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. About Shopkr
Shopkr is an independent online retail store based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. We sell gadgets, home essentials, beauty & personal care, and fitness products directly to customers across India.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order on Shopkr, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete
• You are placing the order for personal use and not for resale unless explicitly agreed upon
4. Products & Pricing
All prices on Shopkr are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, once your order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will apply.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is completely error-free. If you receive a product that significantly differs from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Orders & Payments
When you place an order on Shopkr, you are making an offer to purchase the product. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us via email or SMS.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver pan-India. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as courier delays, public holidays, or natural disruptions. Shopkr is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
Free delivery is available on prepaid orders above ₹599. Shipping charges for other orders will be shown at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@shopkr.in or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Exchanges are available subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most pin codes in India. By choosing COD, you agree to pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery.
If you refuse delivery of a COD order without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders on your account.
A small COD handling fee may apply on certain orders and will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on shopkr.in — including the logo, product images, text, design, and graphics — is the property of Shopkr and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Shopkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products purchased from us
Our total liability in any matter related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
